Example is listing specific items of yard waste eligible for pickup. Most sites are general in describing items but Junkluggers lists specifics. Appointments are easy to make online, and follow-up emails to confirm are helpful. Cust Servc team is knowledgeable and willing to research a customer's question if further info is needed. Onsite crew that arrives to do the hauling are on time, professional and complete the removal quickly. I noticed the crew members keep conversations to one another very brief; and are careful not to criticize or make any comments regarding the items the customer has for pickup.

Every little detail! What an AMAZING organization! I reached out for a dear friend forced to move with little notice. She had a lifetime of collectibles, china, dolls, furniture and misc housewares. From my first call inquiring about services offered, scheduling the pick up and payment process all the way through picking up of these items, every business detail was handled professionally and with such kindness. We were both assured that many of her keepsake items and used furniture would land in a living place with with reduced increase to our landfills. I've done everything in my power to let all the realtors know any seniors or others who are downsizing I need to get rid of things quickly at a fair price not to mention it all gets resolved and reused and donated to causes which affect our community in the most positive manner.
