Example is listing specific items of yard waste eligible for pickup. Most sites are general in describing items but Junkluggers lists specifics. Appointments are easy to make online, and follow-up emails to confirm are helpful. Cust Servc team is knowledgeable and willing to research a customer's question if further info is needed. Onsite crew that arrives to do the hauling are on time, professional and complete the removal quickly. I noticed the crew members keep conversations to one another very brief; and are careful not to criticize or make any comments regarding the items the customer has for pickup.
